職位描述:
Main Responsibility:1. Evaluate business requirement and propose best fit solution.2. Working with Procurement to manage bidding process.3. Acquire efficient and cost effective solution and software.4. Oversee project implementation stream.5. Prioritise and assign work to the team.6. Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.7. Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management.8. Propose & manage IT budget and report on expenditure.9. Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.10. Manage internal team and vendor to provide support and continuous improvement on the implemented system.11. Provide leadership to the team and drive talent development.12. Liaise with Regional & Global GIS team, leverage & implement global standard / policy / solutions when appropriate.Qualifications:1.BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.2. Added advantage for : ITIL Certification, PMP Certification.Experience:1. FMCG/ Consumer Goods/ White Goods companies experiences.2. Proven experience as IT Management / Support or similar role for 7 years+.3. Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications.4. Sound understanding on infrastructure and SAP ERP support.5. MES system scoping and implementation.6. Experience in controlling budget.7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.8. Hands on development capability is a plus.Personal Attributes:1. Strong interpersonal / communication skills (English & Mandarin).2. Ability to influence.3. Strategic and big picture thinking.4.
